Limited Warranty Statement

Caravan Mattress Direct manufactures its products with care and attention, using skilled craftsmanship to ensure quality and durability. In the event that a mattress develops a fault, remedies are available under the terms of our warranty.

The 5-Year Limited Warranty applies exclusively to the following product ranges: Premium Memory Foam Silver , COOLblu Memory, Pocket Sprung, and LAYgel mattresses.

To make a claim, the purchaser must provide valid proof of purchase in the form of an invoice or receipt. All claims must be submitted in writing, either by post or email, and must include:

• A clear description of the alleged fault, and

• Supporting photographic evidence.
