Welcome to Caravan Mattress Direct, part of Nada Home UK Ltd. When you shop with us or use our website, you agree to the terms below. These are designed to be clear and fair, and they are governed by English law.

1. About Our Products

  • We do our best to keep product details, prices, and stock accurate, but changes may happen without notice.

  • Colours, designs, and sizes may vary slightly.

  • Please double-check any measurements or details you give us to make sure they’re right.

2. Using Our Website

  • We work hard to keep our site safe, but we recommend using antivirus protection on your device.

  • We can’t promise the site will always be free from bugs or viruses.

  • Your statutory rights are never affected by these terms.

3. Prices & VAT

  • All prices shown include UK VAT at 20%.

4. Privacy

  • We respect your privacy. We only share your details with third parties when it’s needed to process or deliver your order.

5. Placing an Order

  • We process orders once full payment has been received.

  • Please check your order confirmation carefully and let us know straight away if something looks wrong.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we’ll let you know and issue a refund if needed.

  • If you provide the wrong sizes or details, we can’t refund or replace once your mattress is being made or has been completed.

6. Choosing the Right Mattress

  • Comfort is personal — our advice is a guide only.

  • It’s your responsibility to make sure the mattress you order is suitable for your needs.

  • All our mattresses meet BS7177 (domestic low hazard) fire safety standards. If you need higher certification, please tell us when ordering.

7. Delivery

  • Every mattress is made to order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm.

  • We can’t deliver to PO boxes.

  • UK mainland delivery is usually free (exclusions apply: Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland).

  • Please report any delivery damage, missing items, or size issues within:

    • 48 hours for delivery problems

    • 7 days for manufacturing faults

8. Returns & Cancellations

  • You can cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund, unless your mattress is customized or made-to-order (these can’t be returned once production has started).

  • For hygiene reasons, items must be unused and unopened to be returned.

9. Mattress Care

To get the best out of your mattress:

  • Open it within 2 weeks of delivery.

  • Maximum rolled time is 1 month
  • Allow 48 hours for it to fully expand.

  • Rotate every 6 months if possible.

  • Use a suitable base/slats (no wider than 5cm apart).

  • Always use a mattress protector.

  • Covers should be washed on cold wash only.

  • Don’t use foam mattresses with electric blankets.

  • Water damage, misuse (burns, tears, sitting long-term on edges), or poor care will void your warranty.

10. Warranty (Up to 5 Years)

  • All mattresses come with a 12-month guarantee.

  • Memory Foam, LAYGel Foam, COOLblu Memory Foam, and Pocket Sprung mattresses include up to 5 years of limited cover.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing or material faults

  • Indentations deeper than 3cm not caused by misuse

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, or changes in comfort over time

  • Misuse, water damage, unsanitary conditions, or use on unsuitable bases

  • Mattresses used commercially or altered after purchase

Important:

  • Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

11. General

  • If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest will still apply.

  • These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be handled by UK courts
